We currently offer delivery within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Delivery Areas
We deliver to most locations across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
Some remote areas may have different delivery times or additional delivery charges.
Delivery Time
Orders are normally processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
Estimated delivery times:
- Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman: 1–2 business days
- Abu Dhabi: 1–3 business days
- Other Emirates: 1–3 business days
- Remote areas: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, weather, high order volumes, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order details.
From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions subject to the applicable terms.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we may provide tracking information by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication methods.
Damaged or Leaking Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our return/refund policy.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address or unavailable recipient, additional delivery charges may apply for another delivery attempt.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to our cancellation policy. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
